Every number on this site is computed by one program and checked by a second, independent method before the site can be built. If the two disagree, nothing is published.
Clearing a wagering requirement
For even-money bets the balance, counted in stakes, moves up or down by one on every bet, with the chance of a win set by the game's house edge. A dynamic programme carries the probability of every possible balance through every bet of the requirement; a balance that reaches zero is a bust. What remains at the end gives the exact chance of finishing and the average cash out. It is checked two ways: against the classic gambler's ruin formula, and by simulating twenty thousand players with seeded random numbers.
Cashback
Every possible number of wins in a session of even-money bets is weighted by its exact binomial probability, and the net loss is added up only where the session loses. The result is checked by simulating twenty thousand sessions.
House edges
Roulette uses exact fractions of the pockets. Blackjack and baccarat use the checked models of our sister site, House Edge Lab. Slots are described by the return their makers publish: a slot paying back 96% has an edge of 4%.
What we do not claim
Averages hold over many players. No figure here predicts one session, and no bonus changes the house edge of a game: it changes how much you must stake, and the maths shows what that costs.
